Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our merchandise, but completely understand if things don't click - we're here to help guide you through our return process.

Edie Parker will exchange or refund merchandise for all returns initiated within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

To accommodate our Edie Parker gifters, all merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit within an extended 30 days of original purchase date.

Sorry! We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Custom Orders
- Earrings
- Gift Cards
- Gift Wrapping
- Any items purchased on markdown
- Any items labeled "Final Sale"

Edie Parker Reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise not in its original condition or beyond the designated return period. We only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from Edie-Parker.com or from our brand stores. For Edie Parker merchandise purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.Repairs

Damaged bags can be sent back to Edie Parker and we will provide an estimate of any associated cost within 3 weeks of receiving the product. Any unapproved estimates will be sent back to the customer. All repairs will be returned to the customer in 6-8 weeks.

Please note that material from styles over 3 years old may be discontinued. Due to the nature of the acrylic, our bags need to be handled with proper care. Edie Parker is not liable for dropped bags.

FAQ

How do I take care of my bag?
Please be gentle with your bag and store it in a cool, dry place inside its pouch. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with the cloth provided. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your bag. Be careful not to drop or hit the bag on a hard surface as acrylic can easily crack.

What if my bag looks different than the product photo?
Edie Parker products are handcrafted of the finest materials by skilled artisans. Any inconsistencies in the acrylic or other components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.

Can you rush my bespoke order?
Yes. Bespoke orders can be rushed up to 1 full week (7 days ) after the order is placed, with a 50% surcharge of the bag price.
