Returns

Edie Parker accepts returns for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your purchase. All bags must be returned unused in original packaging. Please use the return label provided with your purchase. We are unable to accept returns on Bespoke orders, sale merchandise, gift cards or e-gift cards. Edie Parker reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 10 days.

 

Return Shipping

A return shipping label has been included in your original shipment. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local Fed-Ex pick up location. If you have lost the return label or require further assistance, please contact customerservice@edie-parker.com

 

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.

 

International Shipping

Shipping rates will be auto-calculated by FedEx upon checkout, and you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination. For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back to Edie Parker at your own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within ten days of receiving the merchandise. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Edie Parker LLC.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are received defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at customerservice@edie-parker.com.

 

Gift Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Gifts can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Date of receipt will be determined by the Fed-Ex delivery date. If the item was not marked as a gift on the paperwork, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves please contact customerservice@edie-parker.com.

 

Repairs

Damaged bags can be sent back to Edie Parker and we will provide an estimate of any associated cost within 3 weeks of receiving the product. Any unapproved estimates will be sent back to the customer. All approved or no cost repairs will be returned to the customer in 6 weeks or less.
 
If you would like to request a repair, you can download a repair authorization form. Please complete the form and send along with the product.

 

FAQ's

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BAG?
Please be gentle with your bag and store it in a cool, dry place inside its pouch. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with the cloth provided. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your bag.

WHAT IF MY BAG LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE PRODUCT PHOTO?
Edie Parker products are handcrafted of the finest materials by skilled artisans. Any inconsistencies in the acrylic or other components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.

CAN YOU RUSH MY BESPOKE ORDER?
All bespoke bags are handcrafted to order, and our artisans require the full 8 weeks until they are created and ready for shipping. We are not able to rush any bespoke orders.
