Your Q's, our A's!
Q: What can I get customized?
A: The sky is the limit! Through our white glove service, you can customize any of our acrylic pieces. Add your cat to a vanity tray, handbag or even a stash box. You name it, we make it!
Q: Why should I get a custom piece?
A: Great question. We could list reasons until we are blue in the face, but here are a few fun ideas to get the creative juices flowing! Get a custom piece as a gift for yourself, a gift for a loved one, a wedding anniversary, a birthday present, Bar or Bat mitzvahs, any cause or celebration or even just because you want to.
Q: I have a general idea, but need a little bit of help. Can I start with a rough idea?
A: That's totally normal. Developing your ideas is part of the process! Our design team can provide mockups and help you polish your idea into a bright and shinning finished piece. Want to add a giant middle finger to a tray? You got it. The moon smoking a cigar on a stash box? No judgements here! Let's make it.
Q: How is price determined?
A: Pricing varies based upon the item and the design you choose. Our design team will create mockups of your custom creation which is then passed along and made by hand in America. Using our hand poured acrylic, our skilled craftspeople construct each order by hand with care and precision. We'd love to give you an estimate so reach out and let's get this party going! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How long does the process take?
A: We will work with you on the design until you are happy and from there we pass the design off to our experienced artisans who will hand make your custom piece. Once passed off, our white glove service lead time is generally between 5-6 weeks.
Q: Why so long?
A: At Edie Parker we put thought and effort into how our products are crafted, working with artisans and master craftspeople around the world to perfect each and every piece. Our custom acrylic pieces are made here in the United States, in one of the only factories that still cuts and inlays acrylic by hand; they've been using the same techniques since 1943!
Q: What happens if I don't like it?
A: Our design team will create mockups using our acrylic chips for your approval before moving forward with creating any pieces. Unfortunately, all custom orders are final sale since everything is made to order.
Q: How do I care for my custom acrylic pieces?
A: Please be gentle with your acrylic items, try not to drop or hit them on hard surfaces. You can read more about our Care & Repair here.
