What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected for complimentary replacement.
If you decide not to buy return and package protection coverage a standard $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
US Shipping:
For standard and expedited shipping, please enter your address in checkout to see the options for your area. We ship via USPS and UPS.
International Shipping:
We are thrilled to announce the launch of international shipping to our friends in the UK. Due to shipping regulations we are unfortunately unable to ship certain products outside of the US. Items we are not able to ship includes: Battery Wands, Rolling Papers, Grinder Cases, Pipes, Bongs and other smoking accessories. These items may not be visible to web browsers outside of the US based on browsing regulations.
International shipments will arrive DDP. All taxes and fees are included in the price at checkout.
International orders are final sale.
Bespoke Shipping:
Customized acrylic products ship within 4-6 weeks. It is possible for rush orders to be accommodated with an added fee- pending the approval of our manufacturing partners. If you are looking to receive an order by a specific date, please contact customerservice@edie-parker.com for more information.
Lost or stolen packages:
We highly recommend adding Package Protection to your order to minimize the risk of lost or stolen packages. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is protected for complimentary replacement.
If you decide not to buy return coverage we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
"Package Protection" coverage is available for a fee of 1.75% of cart value at time of purchase.
We have established the following return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your Edie Parker purchase.
WHO? We accept returns for items ordered on edie-parker.com. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If your item was purchased through a dispensary or boutique, please contact them directly for their return policy.
WHAT? Items must be in new/unused condition. Some categories on our website are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene concerns or partnership circumstances. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Sale and Custom items are final sale.
WHEN? Returns must be initiated within 14 days and shipped within 5 days of label creation. Exceptions cannot be made. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you have extenuating circumstances.
WHERE? Start your return through our Self-Service Returns Portal. Customers who added package protection to their order have access to free returns through their package insurance. Customers without package protection will have $10 deducted from their final refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
WHAT IF? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide return instructions at no cost.

How do I take care of my acrylic pieces?
Edie Parker acrylic products are handcrafted of the finest materials by skilled artisans. Any inconsistencies in the acrylic or other components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects. Please be gentle with your acrylic items and store them in a cool, dry place or inside its dust pouch. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with a clean cloth.
Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your acrylic items. Be careful not to drop or hit the pieces on a hard surface as acrylic is a fragile material and should be handled with care.

I dropped the bag! How can I get it repaired?
Damaged Acrylic items, purchased within the last three years, may be sent back ot us for a repair estimate. Estimates take up to 3 weeks. Pelase contact customerservice@edie-parker.com to begin the process. All repairs will be returned to the customer in 6-8 weeks.

Please note that material from styles over 3 years old may be discontinued. Due to the nature of the acrylic, our bags need to be handled with proper care. Edie Parker is not liable for dropped items.
Are Edie Parker rolling papers and cones lab tested?
Edie Parker rolling papers and pre-roll cones are made of rice paper and printed with organic soy ink.
Both the substrate and ink that we use have undergone rigorous lab testing to ensure a best-in-class smoking experience, certified free of heavy metals and toxins. CA Prop 65 regulations are the highest in the US, which is the standard we hold ourselves to. Please find our testing results below.

Can I return an Item I bought on sale?
We love a good sale! Here are the ground rules we must observe:
- All items bought on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned to stock.
- We cannot execute price adjustments on previous orders.
- During promotional events, our shipping time may be increased by a few days due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience!
